Our practice phone lines are open from 8AM till 18:30 PM Ring Willows Medical Services 0116 2202578 between 13:00 till 14:00. Our practice is open at the following times:

Urgent Appointments
If you require an appointment for a problem that you feel will not wait until the next available routine appointment, you will be given a time to attend – usually at the end of the morning surgery. You may not be able to see the doctor of your choice and may also have to wait longer than usual.

If you need medical help when the surgery is closed on Thursday from 13:00 to 18:30 please call Willows Medical Service on 0116 2202578.
For Medical help during Surgery closed hours, weekends and Bank holidays, please call NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
